what this fails to consider is why Roxas can even be considered as enemy AT ALL. she was legally in the country, going about her research as an academic and as a member of an activist organization, and that IS NOT a violation of the law.

no, it isn’t, and the fact that they claim it can be claimed as such, well, pisses me off — to put it politely.

human rights, civil and political rights — they are universal. they are not available only to those of the “correct” political affiliation.
